This year I started a diary of wins.
Each day I write down all the wins (however small) and when I’m feeling down or rejected or despondent, or like my CPTSD recovery isn’t getting anywhere, I can look at just how much I’m actually achieving.
On a bad day, a win can be “got out of bed and had a shower”. On a good day, they can be exquisite!
But every day is FULL of wins if we just take the time to notice them.
